摘要
本文系统地介绍了西方学者关于最佳人力资源管理模式的几种主要观点,分析 了它们的共性,并且归纳出承诺型和控制型两种基本的人力资源管理模式;通过对这两种基本 人力资源管理模式的比较,分析了西方最佳人力资源管理模式的主要内容;最后综合不同学者 的观点,分析了最佳人力资源管理模式的结构和基本原则,并对国内组织的人力资源管理提出 了指导性建议。
