可持续性人力资源管理是指一系列有利于组织获取可持续竞争优势的人力资源管理实践活动,重在经济绩效、环境绩效、社会绩效三者之间的平衡,以保证组织内外部效益的最大化。本文通过对该领域研究成果的回顾,在企业社会责任、利益相关者等理论的基础上,厘清了可持续性人力资源管理概念的形成与发展过程,并分析了其构成维度与前因后果,探讨了人力资源管理的可持续性问题,以期促进企业经济绩效、环境绩效、社会绩效“三赢”目标的实现。
