创业团队构成多元化是影响创业成功的重要因素。由于社会属性、价值观等方面的差异,因此,并不是所有的多元化都能够发挥积极的作用,团队必须根据多元化的类型和特点,在成员选择方面谨慎对待多元化问题,以提高成功创业的概率。
