创业团队认知推动了创业团队研究从关注团队行为理性深化为团队认知理性,揭示出团队行动背后所隐含的驱动机制,逐渐成为创业学领域的独立议题之一。目前针对创业团队认知的研究处于起步阶段,研究内容也较为零散。本文通过梳理国内外相关文献,立足状态观、过程观以及能力观三个视角归纳出创业团队认知的概念内涵;然后,分别从认知基础、认知互动、情绪体验层面梳理创业团队认知的前置因素,并阐述创业团队认知对团队创造力、团队行为、创业过程、创业绩效的影响;最后,提出创业团队认知的前因后果作用机制整合框架,并对未来研究进行展望。
