在缺乏家人、朋友和宠物陪伴以及养老护理人员严重短缺的情况下,智能社交机器人未来在日常陪护、情感陪伴和情感抚慰方面将发挥重要的补充作用。虽然国内学者对人工智能消费行为多有关注,但聚焦于人机情感关系的研究还极为稀缺。因此,本文较为系统地梳理了国内外有关人机情感关系的研究,从关系类型、形成机制和影响后果三个方面总结出人机情感关系研究的现有理论框架并指出未来研究方向,以期全景式呈现这一领域的研究现状和脉络,启发学者们对该领域的进一步研究。同时,本文也为人工智能企业选择合适的目标群体、开展情感导向的智能社交机器人设计以及政府制定符合伦理道德的行业规范提供了理论指导与实践启示。
