女性职业生涯研究共识与现实矛盾梳理及未来研究展望

本文聚焦于西方管理学、应用心理学和职业生涯领域关于女性职业生涯近三十年的最新研究进展,识别出已有研究关于女性职业生涯达成的四个重要共识,以及与之相对应的四个现实矛盾,并在此基础上就组织应如何促进女性职业发展的问题对未来研究方向进行了展望。
