女性职业成功的特征及评价标准构建问题研究回顾与展望

摘要
本文围绕女性职业成功问题对相关研究文献进行了梳理,发现女性职业成功的内涵已经逐渐凸显出来,然而女性职业成功标准的构建还面临诸多研究和现实困境;针对以上困境,本文归纳了现有研究提出的关于构建女性职业成功标准的三条建议,并基于这一思路,对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。
