企业社会责任问题一直是社会各界关注的焦点,因此也越来越受到学术界的重视。前些年国内外学者对企业社会责任的研究大多关注的是宏观层面,近几年学者们也开始关注企业社会责任在微观层面,尤其是在组织行为与人力资源管理领域的研究。本文系统梳理了企业社会责任研究在组织行为与人力资源管理领域所取得的主要成果和最新进展,从组织行为学的组织、群体、个体三个层面归纳了相关研究的理论基础,并总结了企业社会责任的变量测量、前因变量及后果变量等研究结果,最后对已有研究进行了评析,并指出了未来的研究方向。
