本文结合管理研究现状及其中的问题,指出基于现象的研究是实现高质量研究成果的重要方式之一。在剖析基于现象的研究的定义、范畴、类型与底层逻辑的基础上,本文提出基于现象的研究的逻辑推理过程,结合具有不同推理逻辑的典型论文,探析基于现象的研究的不同类型,并研讨具体研究范式与技术路线选择。本文系统且全面地探究了基于现象的研究,为从真实有效的现象出发“重启”高质量管理研究提供有意义的启示和指导。
