摘要
不同国家的劳资关系管理因政治、文化、经济和法律环境的不同而有所差异,研究和比较发达国家的劳资关系管理实践对我国劳资关系的管理具有十分重要的启示意义。本文从美国、德国和日本劳资关系的特点、主要参与者、法律环境,以及集体谈判等方面进行分析和比较,并指出了对我国劳资关系管理有益的经验和启示。
