摘要
女性职业生涯开发研究是职业生涯研究的重要组成部分。本文从女性职业生涯开发的研究方向、研究方法和理论框架等三个方面对国外女性职业生涯开发研究的现状进行了综述,并提出了对我国女性职业生涯开发研究的启示。
