ChatGPT是由OpenAI开发的人工智能聊天机器人程序,基于GPT3.5、GPT4架构大型语言模型,通过文字的方式实现人机交互。2022年11月底,ChatGPT一经推出,迅速在社交媒体上走红,也为整个教育系统带来巨大颠覆。特别地,对于商科而言,ChatGPT的推出会带来怎样的挑战和机遇?本文认为,ChatGPT突破了时间、空间、能力三个方面的限制,将对商科教育传统的“教学”“研究”“实践”三大职能带来重大变化。此外,传统的商科教学缺乏实践性和反馈性,传统商科研究模式、研究能力、研究成果和研究出版也受到ChatGPT等新技术的冲击。然而,ChatGPT的出现也将为商科教学搭建实践和互动场景,并推动商科研究面向“真实践”“真问题”“真价值”。本文通过探讨ChatGPT对传统商科教育的挑战和机遇,旨在增进人工智能对商科教学研究和实践的影响,并试图为商科教育未来的转型发展提供全新的方向。
