商业模式执行是基于已确定的价值创造逻辑和活动组合而进行的资源能力配置及利用过程,对企业绩效具有重要的影响。本文通过整合价值创造的资源基础观和外部网络理论,探讨了以内部资源和外部网络协调为基础的商业模式执行,环境动态性与企业绩效的关系。实证结果发现,以内部资源协调为基础、以外部网络协调为基础的商业模式执行均能有效提升企业绩效,两类商业模式执行的乘积效应对企业绩效也有积极影响。环境动态性越高,以内部资源协调为基础的商业模式执行产生的绩效越低,而以外部网络协调为基础的商业模式执行产生的绩效越高,两类执行的乘积效应对企业绩效的影响不显著。研究结论为快速多变环境下新创企业利用商业模式执行以获得可持续的绩效优势,提供了新的解释及启示。
