效用分析在人力资源管理中的应用

摘要
在人力资源管理中,怎样评价人力资源活动的效能一直是理论研究和应用研究的焦点。在人事选拔程序效果评价的长期研究中,用效用分析方法评价人力资源活动的效能具有重要的地位,利用效用分析方法可以评价人力资源活动的投入和产出,因此长期受到人们的重视。本文简要介绍效用分析的基本思路,常用的评价方法及其在人力资源管理中的应用
