管理学研究中的多维构念模型分类与研究应用差异甄别

摘要
随着管理学研究的不断发展和深入,多维构念模型的应用越来越广泛,但在多维构念模型的应用过程中仍存在许多问题。本文按照多维构念及其维度的关联层次和关联形式重点讨论了多维构念的分类和分类标准,并以具体的研究实例验证了不同类型多维构念在研究应用和结论上的差异,以及构念层面和维度层面的研究结论差异。
