摘要
员工心理资本是组织获取竞争优势的又一重要来源,心理资本理论为如何获取、开发和有效利用员工的心理资源提供了独特视角。本文在文献研究的基础上,从心理资本的理论基础、概念内涵、结构与测量,以及心理资本干预、影响效应与作用机理等方面,介绍了心理资本理论与研究现状,最后对心理资本理论与应用研究进行了展望。
