团队有效性影响因素是组织行为学研究领域的热点问题之一。本文评介了国外近十多年来团队有效性影响因素研究的理论模型 ,探讨了一些新的研究趋势 ,以期为我国进一步开展团队有效性影响因素的研究提供借鉴。
