团队—成员交换研究现状探析与未来展望

摘要
团队—成员交换是个体成员对其在团队中和其他成员之间整体交换关系的感知。本文从团队—成员交换关系的概念内涵、测量方法、影响因素和影响结果几个方面对相关研究进行了综述,并在此基础上,指出了未来的研究方向。
