摘要
如何选择职业或工作对自己和社会才更有意义呢?这是社会学、心理学和组织行为学多年来共同的研究课题。"呼唤"作为一个源于神学与宗教的术语,已成为社会学和组织行为学领域逐渐明晰的一个新构念,响应呼唤已经成为主观职业成功的标准之一。本文聚焦于西方学者关于职业生涯领域呼唤研究的最新进展,对呼唤的内涵与特征、结构与测量、前因与结果、研究方法与范式进行了述评,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
