职业发展偶然事件影响研究综述

摘要
传统职业理论强调职业目标和职业规划的重要性,但无论是在个体的职业发展还是生活中,都有很多影响重大的偶然事件。本文基于文献回顾,首先分析了职业发展中偶然事件的概念内涵、然后介绍了职业发展中偶然事件影响研究的主要理论视角,接下来评介了相关研究的主要研究内容,最后在此基础上就职业发展中偶然事件影响研究的未来方向进行了展望。
