知识经济对领导者提出了新的要求与挑战,使得传统领导理论的效用价值受到了一定的限制。在这一背景下,各式领导理论层出不穷。其中,知识型领导是近年来较受关注的一种符合时代要求的新型领导理论。知识型领导是指领导者基于自身的知识素养和学习能力,通过学习模范作用和知识管理行为来激发组织成员的知识共享和不断学习,进而营造积极的组织学习气氛,以提升组织竞争力并实现组织共享愿景。知识型领导能够有效管理组织的知识活动,提升组织绩效和组织创新能力。本文对现有的相关研究进行了述评,并在此基础上对未来研究方向进行了展望。
