分布式创新是由一家主导性企业选定创新任务,通过与分布在全球的其他组织建立联系并进行知识共享与整合,以实现创新目标的创新形式。越来越多的理论和实践表明:实施分布式创新有助于企业获取跨地理、跨组织边界的资源,从而能够在日益激烈的商业环境中获取竞争优势。本文首先基于技术创新视角、资源基础观视角、创新网络视角和知识管理视角对该领域相关研究进行梳理。然后,对不同视角下的研究进行分析比较,在总结差异的基础上探寻各视角间的联系。最后,结合现有研究的不足,提出分布式创新未来研究的发展趋势。
