本文系统评述了数字技术与员工情绪的相关研究文献。首先,梳理了数字技术(信息通讯技术、人工智能和算法技术)影响员工情绪的理论视角、影响机制和边界条件;其次,总结了不同数字技术对员工情绪影响的共性和差异性;分析了员工情绪对数字技术的接受和使用行为的影响;再次,构建了数字技术与员工情绪相互影响的研究框架;最后,从深化工作中数字技术的使用与员工情绪的相互影响机制研究、拓展研究层次、探索数智时代组织中情绪管理策略、积极推进数字技术在情绪管理研究方法中的运用这几个方面阐述了未来可能的研究方向。本文不仅为后续相关研究提供了一个清晰的理论框架,有利于深入推进数字技术与员工情绪的相关研究,也可以为数智时代下培育情绪健康的员工和高效的组织提供实践参考。
