虚拟情绪表达是一种将外显和内隐的情绪信息通过虚拟媒介进行分享的行为,尽管其广泛存在于组织实践中,但仍缺乏系统的理论梳理与述评。鉴于此,本文首先阐释了虚拟情绪表达的内涵和特征,并以情绪功能论和技术决定论总结了现有理论视角,然后基于表达类型、表达对象和媒介选择进一步归纳了组织中虚拟情绪表达的策略,最后讨论了组织中虚拟情绪表达的影响因素和效应。在此基础上,本文提出了组织中虚拟情绪表达的整合研究框架,以期对未来情绪与技术交互的理论思考有所启发,也为组织情绪管理实践提供参考。
