3381基于情绪认知评价理论，本文从失败恐惧视角揭示社会成本对创业努力的影响路径。通过对有失败经历再创业者的问卷调查数据分析，结果发现：高社会成本的创业失败强化连续创业者对潜在失败线索的认知和情感关联，再创业时容易激活失败恐惧，尤其是外源性失败恐惧；相较于内源性失败恐惧，外源性失败恐惧更能激发创业努力；社会成本通过外源性失败恐惧促进创业努力。本文结论拓展了微观视角下创业努力形成的情境化研究，丰富了创业失败影响个体情绪、认知和行为的研究成果，补充了社会成本对创业行为影响的心理机制，深化了对失败恐惧形成及其激励作用的理解，也为全面看待社会成本的影响提供启发，辩证认识失败恐惧的作用提供实证依据。
