多样性管理范式已发展到包容范式阶段,对其演化过程的梳理,有助于为包容范式的完善提供方向。为此,本研究首先识别出多样性管理范式的核心概念已从多样性衍生为包容性;其次,沿概念演进路径梳理出管理范式的发展脉络,即“被动回应→主动规避→积极利用→和谐共生”四个阶段;然后,依循发展脉络总结出“合规→同质→异质→包容”四个多样性管理范式并揭示出演化机理;接着,从主要目标、核心主张、关键策略方面归纳出不同管理范式的特征并进行了对比分析;最后,根据演化逻辑,从包容性管理理论体系构建、管理策略提炼、管理效果检验三个方向提出研究展望。本研究不仅可促进多样性及包容性管理理论的发展,还可为相关管理实践带来启示。
