创业型领导是创业创新背景与高度不确定环境下的有效领导力,有助于企业构建竞争优势和实现可持续发展。本文基于团队知识涌现的过程导向理论,探究组织创业型领导对团队创造力的影响机制及边界条件。文章利用企业高层管理者与团队的纵向配对数据进行跨层次分析,发现组织创业型领导可以提升团队创造力,这种积极影响是通过激发团队跨界即团队与外部相关主体的积极互动而产生的,而团队认知多样性即团队成员的多元认知方式能增强以上关系。文章从团队行为过程视角拓展了创业型领导与团队创造力的关系研究,通过领导效能诠释创业如何驱动创新,为企业变革领导力与提高团队创造力提供了新的见解和途径。
