作为领导有效性的基础以及影响员工行为绩效的重要因素,工作场所喜爱受到了组织管理学者越来越多的关注,但是国内该领域的研究还处于初步发展阶段,并且缺乏对现有文献的系统性梳理和归纳。鉴于此,本研究首先采用文献计量法对工作场所喜爱研究进行了可视化计量分析,在此基础上从概念内涵、测量工具、影响因素、影响效应和作用机制等方面对工作场所喜爱的研究现状进行了系统性的梳理,并构建了整合性研究框架,最后对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。本研究有助于促进对工作场所喜爱的深层次理解,并为国内工作场所喜爱的实证研究和实践应用提供参考。
