摘要
精神型领导是国际学术界领导研究领域的一个前沿主题,它反映了在当前组织情境和社会背景下组织在内在地激励员工充分体验和发挥自我并实现卓越的个体、群体和组织绩效方面对领导提出的新要求。本文对国外精神型领导相关文献进行了梳理,从精神型领导的概念界定、结构与测量、与其他类型领导的区别,以及作用模式等方面对现有研究进行了述评,并对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望。
