随着市场竞争的加剧和工作节奏的加快,身心疲劳正成为职场人士面临的棘手问题;若不能有效解决职场疲劳问题,员工的身心健康和工作质量将受到破坏性影响。工间微休息作为工作场所的短暂间歇活动,能够有效缓解员工疲劳,帮助员工兼顾幸福与绩效。工间微休息是一种短暂的、形式多样的、与工作任务不直接关联的工作场所休息。为推进学界对该研究领域的系统认识,本文辨析了工间微休息与任务中断、工作场所网络闲逛的区别;以资源保存理论、努力恢复模型与自我损耗理论为基础,从时间取向研究视角评述了工间微休息持续时间、发生频率与发生时点的影响结果,从内容取向研究视角评述了工间微休息活动类型的差异化影响结果;最后,对工间微休息的形成机理、影响结果及中介调节机理做出了展望,并提炼出一个整合性理论框架。本文能为国内学者把握工间微休息研究的当前脉络与发展趋势提供参考;同时,有利于管理者正确认识工间微休息,并指导员工有效进行工间微休息。
