6439韧性作为不利情境下帮助个体克服负面情绪、化解危机并获得成长和新生的积极心理要素，是创业者身处逆境但仍坚守的重要原因，为创业失败情境下分析创业者思维和行为提供了新视角。韧性强的创业者面对失败，不仅能快速恢复、激发学习，而且能够迎难而上，实现逆风翻盘并取得成功。本文在梳理心理学和创业领域韧性研究基础上，从创业者主体和失败事件本身出发，构建创业韧性的研究框架，诠释失败情境下创业韧性的影响因素，探讨创业韧性对创业者后续心理及行为作用的机制，最后总结并提出未来研究方向。构建失败情境下创业韧性研究框架，深化失败后创业者认知、情绪和行为差异性的理解，对创业者加强心理建设和推动连续创业活动具有重要意义。
