国外失败学习研究现状探析与未来展望

摘要
在动荡的商业环境中,失败(经验)学习有利于组织降低失败的概率,并提升绩效。本文通过回顾失败学习研究的理论渊源以及演进过程,对该领域的研究现状与重点内容进行了梳理;然后基于学习行为与过程视角,对四个主要失败学习模型进行了综合比较,并在分析失败学习影响因素的基础上,提出了一个组织内与组织间失败学习过程模型;最后对失败学习的未来研究方向进行了展望。
