资源是新创企业生存与成长的关键,但由于“新生弱性”与“小而弱性”导致资源约束无处不在。本研究聚焦于快速发展的创业资源拼凑理论,对资源拼凑的三个关键构念进行解读与拓展,分析其在突破创业约束中的关键作用,对比资源拼凑理论、资源基础理论与资源依赖理论的关联与异同,梳理资源拼凑的驱动因素、测量与功效及其多元化运用的研究演化,给出资源拼凑在社会网络关系利用、企业成长等实践中的管理启示,并结合拼凑对创新的影响、互联网时代拼凑实施等方面指出未来进一步研究方向,以期为资源拼凑理论研究及实践过程中就如何突破约束实现新创企业成长提供新的理论视角。
