组织即兴的概念内涵、研究视角及理论演进探析

摘要
在复杂多变的市场环境下,即兴运作对于组织成功经营与持续发展具有重要意义。本文在对组织即兴相关研究文献进行系统回顾的基础上,首先按照研究者对组织即兴的认知发展顺序对组织即兴的概念演化进行了分析,进而梳理了爵士乐隐喻视角、组织学习视角、团队管理视角以及战略视角四个组织即兴研究视角,并在此基础上归纳出组织即兴研究的演进路径,最后指出了现有研究的不足并展望了未来的研究方向。
