摘要
工作中的主观幸福感(subjective well-being,以下简称工作幸福感)是指员工对工作的积极情感和认知评价。[1]工作幸福感可以拓展员工的智力、生理和社交资源,进而提高工作绩效,增加组织公民行为,并且降低缺勤率和离职率。本文探讨了工作幸福感的影响因素(包括人格特质因素、外部激励因素和工作特性因素),并且指出了相关研究对管理实践的意义,以及该领域的研究趋势。
