基于创业行为的企业家能力研究——一个基本分析框架

摘要
20世纪80年代以来,创业研究方兴未艾,突破了创业是大量不确定性因素作用下随机过程的片面认识,深入挖掘了创业过程的理性成分与行为规律,论证了创业是可管理的行为过程。然而,现有理论却仍未能对企业家特征做出合理的解释,甚至认为创业精神是个体天生的自然禀赋。本文从创业行为过程出发,结合有关企业家能力的研究成果,尝试识别企业家能力的内涵及其与创业行为的互动关系,并提炼企业家能力与创业行为互动关系的基本分析框架,以期为后续研究提供理论基础。
