女性创业在带动就业和促进经济增长方面发挥日益重要的作用。目前女性创业研究大多聚焦于单一主体,缺乏探讨多主体互动下女性创业活动的独特性。创业生态系统为我们提供了多主体互动的典型创业情境,参与主体各自发挥着不同的作用,协同为女性创业企业提供丰富的创业机会、多样的创业资源以及浓厚的创业支持氛围,为女性创业企业各方面的发展提供强有力的外部支撑。本文在梳理现有女性创业、创业生态系统以及创业生态系统视角下女性创业研究文献的基础上,归纳和提炼不同研究主题下的女性创业特点,阐述创业生态系统的理论背景及创业生态系统视角下女性创业的研究现状;然后回顾女性创业与创业生态系统的互动关系研究;最后从个体视角的女性创业认知、组织视角的女性创业行为、组织间视角的女性创业企业与多主体间的共生关系以及环境视角的制度和文化环境对创业生态系统视角下的女性创业研究进行未来展望。本研究对厘清女性创业研究现状以及推动未来研究起到积极作用。
