学术创业能将学术机构抽象的科学知识转化为促进产业升级和发展的机会型创业,因此是建设创新型国家的重要手段,并在近年来引起学者们的关注,但学界对于个体从学术人员向学术创业者转变的行为过程所知有限。学术创业意愿是理解复杂学术创业行为过程的关键,围绕学术创业意愿分析影响意愿形成的前因变量和行为的转化因素对于理解学术创业行为过程尤为重要。本文以计划行为理论为支撑,构建意愿形成和行为转化的两阶段学术创业行为整合模型。研究发现,在学术创业意愿形成阶段,学术创业意愿受态度、主观规范和感知行为控制的影响;在学术创业行为转化阶段,从学术创业意愿转化为实际创业行为需要情境因素和个人特质因素激活和调节。本文通过学术创业意愿将学术创业行为与行为背后的心理因素和经济因素联系起来,为揭示学术人员向学术创业者转化的行为影响因素提供了一定的理论依据,对政府及相关部门制定促进学术创业行为的针对性政策也提供了有益参考。
