组织的复杂性是影响组织结构设计的一个重要维度,因而备受组织管理学者们的关注。本文对组织复杂性概念进行了详细的考察,讨论了现代组织的复杂性和后现代组织的复杂性等问题,以为深化国内组织复杂性研究抛砖引玉。
