组织需要有效应对制度环境的挑战以获得合法性与实现持续发展,但传统制度理论由于秉持响应行为同质化假设、忽视组织微观层次能动作用、低估制度复杂性程度等问题,在当前制度环境日趋复杂的背景下解释力不足,组织响应制度复杂性研究逐渐成为学者关注的热点。本文提出“数量—内容—时间”的制度复杂性内涵分析框架和“结构—情境—人员—时间—位置”的制度复杂性响应战略分析框架,强调混合组织与复杂动态场域是组织响应制度复杂性的典型应用情境,进一步指出中国情境应用的关键差异,在此基础上建构了一个组织响应制度复杂性的理论模型并进行研究展望。本研究有助于深化对制度复杂性这一新兴概念的理论认识,有助于系统地梳理制度复杂性响应战略的类型和开发新战略,同时也为以中国为代表的新兴市场与转型国家的制度复杂性内涵解析、特征辨识与响应研究指明了方向。
