非正规创业研究前沿探析与未来展望

摘要
非正规创业是指发生在正式制度之外、非正式制度之内的创业活动,它不但能促进经济发展和就业,而且也是创业研究应该关注的一个重要问题。本文先对非正规创业动机、机会识别和开发、资源获取和利用、绩效等方面的相关研究进行了比较系统的梳理和述评,然后在分析现有研究仍存在的不足的基础上,对未来的非正规创业研究进行了展望。
