摘要
产品市场竞争很早就被经济学家认为是公司治理机制的重要组成部分。目前,这一治理机制正受到世界各国学者们的高度重视。本文对相关文献进行了简要回顾,阐述了产品市场竞争与公司治理有效性之间的内在联系,希望一方面能为公司治理机制的深入研究创造条件,另一方面能为我国国有企业的改革提供理论指导。
