西方企业非市场策略与行为过程研究述评

过程分析为非市场行为的研究提供了一种全新的视角,因为它能够将行为与制度联系起来,动态地探讨非市场策略与行为的演变。企业非市场行为的过程研究将以市场为核心的传统战略变革的研究拓展到了非市场领域,从而对相关研究进行了有效的拓展。本文对西方企业非市场行为的两种研究方法(方差研究与过程研究)进行了比较,并探讨了企业非市场行为过程研究的理论基础,旨在为我国的相关研究提供借鉴与启示。
