摘要
凝聚力作为群体的一个重要特性,是一个复杂、多维的概念。影响凝聚力的因素有人际、结构、组织和情境等多个层面。由于凝聚力在作用于个体、群体和组织时,并不是孤立地发挥作用,而是同时受其他因素(如群体规范等)的动态影响,因此,凝聚力作为输入变量,其产出情况极为复杂。本文在回顾了国外群体凝聚力研究成果的基础上,提出了现有研究的不足,并对未来的研究提出了展望。
