近年来,创造力领域的研究者逐渐将注意力从“什么能带来创造力”转向“创造力会带来什么”。相关研究陆续发现了创造力的双刃剑效应,但现有研究大多视角分散,尚未形成对创造力双刃剑效应的全面刻画或深入解读。为此,本文首先进行了系统的文献梳理,指出当前有关创造力后果的研究主要集中于绩效、健康、道德以及人际关系四大议题,并且在不同议题上都得出了创造力利弊共存的矛盾结论。接下来,本文借鉴悖论理论中的学习、组织、执行以及归属悖论,分别对创造力在绩效、健康、道德以及人际关系四种后果中表现出的双刃剑效应进行了深入解读。最后本文总结了当前研究的不足,并提出了未来研究的方向。
