本文系统介绍了高绩效工作系统与组织绩效关系研究的最新动态 ,分析了高绩效工作系统研究的理论背景 ,阐述了高绩效工作系统的概念和结构、人力资源管理实践活动与“最佳实践”的关系 ,以及高绩效工作系统的内部契合与外部契合问题 ;最后介绍了高绩效工作系统与组织绩效关系研究领域较有影响的成果 ,并分析了目前存在的不足和今后的研究方向。
