摘要
跨国并购面临着国家文化和企业文化的双重差异。双重文化差异既可能造成跨国并购的文化冲突 ,也可能带来文化创新方面的价值。本文通过对企业文化契约观和资源观的分析 ,认为跨国并购文化整合管理就是“多元统合”的过程 ,是跨国并购中东道国企业原有心理契约的继承与修改的过程 ,以最大限度地减少文化差异造成的文化冲突 ,从而在跨国公司中形成多元性和整体性的统一 ,增加文化差异创造的文化价值 ,进而增强跨国公司的全球竞争优势
