强制性公民行为研究述评

摘要
长期以来,组织公民行为研究主要关注组织公民行为的积极面,基本上忽视了其阴暗面,而强制性公民行为研究关注的正是组织公民行为的阴暗面,它有助于我们系统、全面地了解组织公民行为。本文主要对强制性公民行为的内涵、测量、前因变量以及结果变量等方面的现有研究进行了综述,并指出了现有研究的不足及今后的研究方向。
