群体组织公民行为研究现状与展望

摘要
随着组织研究中多层次理论和研究的发展,群体组织公民行为已成为组织公民行为研究领域的一个热点。本文梳理和归纳了群体组织公民行为的概念内涵和测量方法,回顾了其影响因素及其对组织效能的影响,介绍了群体组织公民行为作为社会规范对员工行为和工作态度的影响,并指出了群体组织公民行为现有研究的不足及今后的研究方向。
