本文首先总结了可雇佣能力概念自出现至今近一个世纪以来所经历的七个阶段的内涵演进,并从交互视角、转换视角、适应视角和契约视角四个不同视角对可雇佣能力概念进行了界定;在此基础上,概括总结了几种典型的可雇佣能力因素构成模型,并对可雇佣能力的测量方法、前因及结果变量进行了阐述;最后指出了未来研究方向。
